Appointment guidelines

1. Booking:

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by calling our office.

• We recommend scheduling your massage at least 24-48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.

2. Arrival Time:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

• Arriving late will reduce the duration of your session, as we cannot extend or shift appointments to accommodate delays.

: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Please be mindful of the time to ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatment.

3. Health Considerations:

• Inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or areas of discomfort before the session begins.

• If you have any contagious illnesses, please reschedule your appointment.

4. Personal Comfort:

• During the massage, you can communicate any preferences regarding pressure or focus areas. Your comfort is a priority.

• Please ensure you are appropriately covered with the provided towels or sheets for privacy.

:  We kindly expect that all clients demonstrate respectful and professional behavior during their visit, ensuring a positive and professional environment for everyone.

5. Tipping:

• While tipping is not required, it is greatly appreciated. A customary tip is 15-20% of the service cost.

6. Cancellation Notice:

• Cancellations must be made at least an hour ( 1 hour)  in advance.

• Cancellations made less than an hour ( 1 hour)  before the scheduled appointment will incur  $50 cancellation fee.

• If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged $50 fee

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least  an hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.

• We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
